Today marks the 9 year anniversary of us (Diane and Chris) buying Kentucky Beer Cheese from Sue and Jim Castano. It has been an awesome 9 years, with some struggles, but mostly Successes! We can’t wait for what the future holds. Kentucky Beer Cheese is ready to go across the entire continental US.

Tonight is an exciting day for tailgating. At the UK v. Florida game make sure you serve Kentucky Beer Cheese as the main appetizer. You can also put it on your hamburgers and hotdogs.

Look for Kentucky Beer Cheese at the Casey County Apple Festival this weekend in downtown liberty. Kentucky Beer cheese will be served on hotdogs out of the Tim Farmers County Kitchen Food truck.

Sue tweaked the recipe a little and started making it for friends. After receiving many compliments, Jim Castano bought Sue a large Hobart mixer and told her to “Get Selling”. The rest as they say is history.

Diane and Chris Evans bought the company in 2004. They have continued the superior quality and exquisite flavor of Kentucky Beer Cheese. Since 2004 the company has increased sales by over 300%. Based on the numerous requests for Kentucky Beer Cheese from around the country, Kentucky Beer Cheese has a following far past the borders of Kentucky.

Great for tailgate parties, Superbowl, game night and any other sports-themed events:

Ingredients:

1 pound breakfast sausage
1 Jar of Salsa
1 8 oz Kentucky Beer Cheese
Brown and drain sausage, crumble. Combine with salsa and Kentucky Beer Cheese. Serve warm with large corn chips. Serves 6-8>
