This week marks the 18 year anniversary of Chris and I buying Kentucky Beer Cheese. In some ways it seems like yesterday and in other ways it seems like a lifetime ago!! When we bought Kentucky Beer Cheese our kids were in middle school and high school. They are now all grown up with great jobs and they live out of state. Kentucky Beer Cheese had always been our brand of choice for tailgating, holidays, cookouts etc. But we bought this company not only for the flexibility it afforded me but also for the potential for growth. I am now in another season of life and my time is more my own. Now it’s time to take Kentucky Beer Cheese past the 9 states that we are currently in and let all of the country taste the greatness of not just any beer cheese, but Kentucky Beer Cheese.
